Working process:
The cutting wheel on main shaft drove by running motor imposes the material a high centrifugal speed. The cutting off, lash and mixing process is due to the interaction between the running cut wheel and the fixed cut sheath, thus, the materials were cut off in the cut slot and broken into small pellets. All the processes of crushing, emulsifying, mixing, stirring and dispersing can be accomplished in a short time.
