CZ-G Lipstick Mixer and Filling Machine
CZ-G is used for filling lipstick. It is featured with heating, paddle stirring,vacuum
pump, pneumatic filling valve.
Working Process:
  The lipstick material in pot are heated at first to a certain temperature, then
mixed and stirred and made bubble-free in vacuum, and finally filled into module.
Bubble eliminating: stirring at high speed by paddle in vacuum(stepless speed
regulation)
Temp. Adjustment:
  The pot and filling tube are covered with sheath in which warm water circulates
to keep an appropriate temperature. The temperature can be set by operator and
is automatically controlled.
  The machine s easy to wash and operate. It is made of stainless steel(SUS304) in
area(parts) touching production material. The stirring and transmission parts
are cooled by water to ensure a long service life.
